Ask around your friends & family to make sure all those you want to invite are going to be free on the chosen date
Make sure they pencil it in their diaries & keep it free!

Decide on your theme for the Celebration and Pick a venue and if it’s not going to be at home book the room…

Send out your invites!
Purchase your Fancy Dress and Party Supplies
Don’t forget to put an RSVP date on their so you know how many guests are coming…

1 month before the party
Plan your menu
If it’s a summer party & the weather is looking to be fine, we suggest a BBQ. Easy to do, quick to prepare & even better, purchase some Paper Tableware to save on washing up!
If the weather is not looking so great we recommend you opt for a curry or a chilli for dinner. This can be prepared the day before to free you up for decorating you party room, & of course, giving you time to get your Fancy Dress on!

Order your Party Decorations
This is your chance to impress your guests with your decorating skills.

1 week before the party
Go shopping – you should have a full list of ingredients for a recipe that you have already decided on
Check your Party Decorations – make sure that everything you need is there.

1 day before the party
Prepare & cook all the food that you can – the more you do today the better you will feel on the day!
Even better, get your friends around to help peel, chop & bake!

The night before the party
Make sure everything is ready for the next day - food & drinks all prepared & ready, party decorations out of the packaging & ready to put up.
Set your alarm (but not too early, you don’t want to be too exhausted)

The morning of the party
This is it!!!

The first thing to do is put the Party Decorations up. This can be the longest job of the day so don’t leave it until the last minute & then not have time to get yourself ready.
Make the final preparations on your dinner/lunch. Remember most of this was done yesterday so you shouldn’t have much left to do…
It’s nearly time now so go have a bath & get yourself ready then go downstairs ready to greet your guests!
Remember that everyone invited is there to have fun so just have fun yourself & enjoy your great success!
