Q How do I order online?

Answer Making a purchase could not be easier. Just browse our products and when you find the item(s) you wish to purchase just click to 'add' to basket. You can view your shopping cart at any point of the order. Once you have selected all the items you wish to purchase, you can proceed to the checkout

Q Do I pay online and is your site secure?

Answer Payment is made on-line via Barclays Merchant Services and your card will be debited at the time of ordering. We accept all major credit and debit cards including Visa, Mastercard, Switch, Delta and Solo. Should you prefer to place your order by telephone you may contact us on 0845 2300 331. Our customer services staff will be happy to take your calls between the hours of 9.00am - 5.00pm Monday-Friday. We reserve the right to take payment before orders are despatched.

Ordering online is very safe. No credit or debit card or similar information is held by spritz.co.uk. All transactions are conducted via Barclays Merchant Services. After the checkout you will be directed to the Barclays Merchant Services Secure Servers to make your payment. At no time are credit card details held or stored or passed via the spritz.co.uk server.

Q How much is delivery?

Answer A Delivery in the UK is FREE on all orders over £30.00 Orders under £30.00 will be charged a posting/admin fee of £2.95

Orders will be sent by 1st class post.

You can choose to upgrade to Guaranteed Next Day delivery or Royal Mail Special Delivery. To do this please add surcharge of £4.95 posting/admin fee. To use this service, the delivery address must be mainland UK; we must receive your order by 3.00pm GMT; delivery is required Monday - Friday Courier

Q When will I get my order?

Answer Most UK parcels are shipped by first class mail and we aim to despatch all orders within 1 working day once payment has been accepted. Royal Mail aim to deliver first class mail by the next working day but this cannot be guaranteed. For guaranteed deliveries you must select the special delivery or courier options.

Q Can I have my order delivered to a different address to the card holders address?

Answer We can deliver goods to any address as long as you provide us with the full details, including postal code. Once in checkout you have the option to change your billing and delivery address. We can store up to 3 addresses. Simply click on “set as billing address” for which ever one you choose.

Q Can I cancel an order if its no longer required?

Answer Should you wish to cancel an order or part of an order before it has been shipped, you should let us know as soon as possible by emailing us at info@spritz.co.uk. You will not be charged any penalty whatsoever and your payment method will also be cancelled.

All goods purchased from Spritz.co.uk may be returned for refund, exchange or replacement within 7 working days from receipt of goods. Please see our terms for more information.

Q What happens if the product I buy is faulty?

Answer Should a product be faulty or damaged, you should let us know immediately as we will happily refund or exchange it for you. You should let us know via email at i info@spritz.co.uk within 7 calendar days from the date of delivery or, where this was not apparent on reasonable inspection, within 7 calendar days after discovery or 30 calendar days after receipt by you, whichever is the earlier.

Before sending the parcel back to us, please contact us for a Returns Number. You will be asked for the reason for the return, whether you prefer a refund or exchange, and if the item has been used. In addition, you will need to confirm your name and order reference number, so please have these details to hand. Please quote the Returns Number when you send the parcel back to us.
